Tootsie is the kind of girl who makes you fall in love before you even realize it. At about 1 year old, she is calm, gentle, and unbelievably sweet, with the softest eyes and her signature little tongue always peeking out like she forgot to put it away. Tootsie came to the shelter after being abandoned at a dog park, but somehow she has held onto all the love in her heart and is still ready to trust, snuggle, and start over with someone who will never leave her behind again. She has a quiet, tender personality and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend with a silly little face and a heart full of love.
