Hello, my name is Layla. I am originally from Las Vegas and had lived with the same family since I was a puppy. 

I was surrendered to the shelter due to my protective nature.  I wish I would have gotten a little help in training to help me with these tendencies, but here I am waiting for just that right person who will understand me and help me learn to be a better girl. 

I protect my food, toys and people from other dogs. So needless to say I am needing to go to a home where I can be the only pet. 

I am very active as a 6 year old.  I still love to play fetch and do zoomies in the yard. My ideal home would be with an active family that will see me for the awesome girl that I am. 

Available for adoption Monday through Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-1pm.
