Say hello to Casper, a loving and determined young pup with a heart of gold. Casper’s story started on a tough note, as he came to the shelter a severely underweight stray. Since he’s been with us, he has gained weight and the timid, shy dog we first met blossomed into the most endearing lovebug! His warmhearted personality is really shining through and winning over the hearts of the staff as he learns to trust.

Despite his obstacles early on, Casper is filled with affection and a loving energy that would just light up his new home. He has flourished in the care of the shelter and is now ready for a home that can give him the restfulness and sense of security he deserves to continue thriving.

Casper is eager to learn all the puppy things he missed out on when he was a stray – like playing with friends, running around with his toys, and having a family to provide the guidance and support he deserves.
